Our Story
Lush Charcuterie began in the end of summer 2020 with the love of bringing people together through cheese and charcuterie.
My name is Thea and I am the creator behind Lush Charcuterie. Making boards for me started out as a therapeutic and creative outlet. I made boards for small gatherings and boxes as gifts during the pandemic. I loved the reactions of my friends and family members when they received their boxes and boards. It brought them joy during a time of uncertainty. Many asked me if I would make them for sale to gift to their loved ones and that was when Lush began.
Lush Charcuterie was formed in North Attleboro, Massachusetts and received the support and love of the community and other small business owners around the local area. Lush has been relocated to the Williamsburg, Hampton Roads, VA area due to a primary job re-location and is ready to serve the new location. Collaborating with local businesses and promoting local resources is a priority for Lush Charcuterie. We are certified in food safety and allergy awareness and permitted by the Peninsula Health Department.
Lush began with boxes and boards for birthdays, baby showers, important life events and is now expanding to grazing tables and board basics 101 workshops.
Lush Charcuterie makes boards for inspiration as well, where new techniques and styles are tried out with different ingredients. Holiday themed boards are a favorite! On Lush’s Instagram (@lush.up.charcuterie), the “Board Basics 101” reel series teaches the novice board makers tips and tricks on how to create a board themselves! Make sure to check out the account.
